Kathy joined RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks in 2005, as a Real Estate Consultant with Team Jane Kelly. She has an outstanding, professional support system with a Listing Coordinator, Penny Wright, a Closing Coordinator, Lori LaManno, and a Marketing Director, Dawn Hill. The team has been an extra big help to Kathy’s success in giving the best service you can receive. The team has won many awards over the years, the #1 Team in RE/MAX Mid-States Region for the last 8 years consecutively. Kathy individually won the #1 RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks Agent for the Largest Increased Sales Production in 2010 and coveted Cooperative Spirit Award given by all the associates. Kathy has chaired the Education Committee for the Bagnell Dam Board of Realtors, having served on the committee for 7 years and is now serving on the RPAC Committee in protecting homeowners rights. Kathy will be serving as the president at the Daybreak Rotary Club for the 2013-2014 years. She will serve for the next 3 years on the Board of the Lake Ozark Convention and Visitors Bureau.
